    Within our UK-based customer service team, we have several Specially Qualified Persons' (SQP), who are professionally trained in flea and worm veterinary medicines. Our SQPs are legally registered and authorised to prescribe and supply veterinary medicines classified as AVM-GSL (Authorised Veterinary Medicine), NFA-VPS (Non-food animal) and POM-VPS (Prescription Only Medicine). Itch Pet SQPs can provide trusted, professional advice to pet owners regarding treatments.

    Itch Flea Treatment is scientifically proven to work by world-leading pharmaceutical experts and licensed by the Veterinary Medicines Directorate to be safe and effective at killing fleas, ticks and lice on cats and dogs. Fipronil is a proven active ingredient that kills adult fleas on pets within 24 hours and (S)-Methoprene is a proven active ingredient to stop the development of flea eggs and larvae - Meaning when Itch Flea is applied to a pet, these active ingredients work together to kill fleas at every life stage. Itch Flea Treatment is proven to work provided the correct dose for the pet’s weight is used, instructions are strictly followed and treatment is applied correctly. Itch Flea Treatment is effective at killing fleas on cats and dogs however, for home flea infestations a household flea treatment like Itch Flea House Spray should be used alongside to remove fleas completely.

    Itch Flea Treatment is licensed by the Veterinary Medicines Directorate to be proven as a safe flea treatment for all adult cats of any breed, including pregnant cats. Itch Flea is clinically safe for kittens over 8 weeks old and above 1kg.
